This is an animation that simulates Artificial Horizon as seen in airplanes, using the phone's accelerometer.
It also features battery meter (E/F bar on the top), signal meter on the lower right and low battery warning lamp on the lower left - it starts flashing when battery is under 15%.
There are 2 versions, actually. Full version with these features and wallpaper version that doesn't have battery/signal meter nor the low battery warning. If you try both versions as wallpapers you will see why there are 2 versions.
